To schedule an appointment, call our Appointment Line between 8:00 AM and 5:00 AM Monday through Friday at 303-493-5200 and press “1”. One of our Appointment Schedulers will assist with scheduling an appointment date and time that is convenient for you.
Please remember that it is our policy to verify your insurance coverage prior to every appointment.
We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies.
Late for Appointments
We try to be respectful of our all of our patient’s time and try to be “on schedule” so that your provider is available to see you at your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we will ask the provider if they have the time to fit you in, if that is not possible, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. We will make every effort to schedule you for the next available appointment, but there may be times that this is not possible. If you are running late, please call the office. If you miss your scheduled appointment time without calling ahead, you will be billed a cancellation fee.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible, so that we can use this time to see another patient who is in need of care. If you do not notify us of your cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25.00. (See Office Policies) We do understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so please call us prior to your appointment time if you won’t make it to your appointment. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments may be dismissed from the practice.
